Project Planning
- Complete construction and development process for an ASC
- Onsite consultation and a customized project timeline
- Validation of existing physician utilization data for the feasibility study of the proposed FACILITY provided by the CLIENT
- Development of initial financial projections to:
- Validate estimates of costs for staffing, facility and other assumptions for the ongoing expenses of the FACILITY.
- Estimate all pre-opening costs
- Review all the financial information with CLIENT
- Obtain initial quotes for working capital necessary to develop the project.
- Develop project milestones.
- Make recommendations regarding Preparation of Entity Organizational Documentation
- Work with Client to procure financing for the development of the project, equipment and operating line of credit (if necessary) for initial months of operations.
- Equipment Set-up, Purchasing and Management (not specialty related equipment planning)
- Staff Recruiting
- Implementation and Maintenance of Management Information Systems
- Insurance Set-up
- Serve as exclusive interface for Client with Federal, State agencies, accreditation bodies, contracted services providers, etc.
- Facilitate, by coordinating Project development/operations personnel whenever possible, securing all necessary Ancillary Services Agreements for the Facility (Anesthesia, Managed Care Contracting, Pharmacy, IT, Regulatory Compliance, Equipment Planning/Procurement, Group Purchasing, DME, BioMedical, HR, Laundry/Linen, Housekeeping, etc.).
- Facilitate and organizing planning the successful start-up operations of the FACILITY
Accreditation: We achieve and maintain the following for your ASC:
- State Licensure
- TJC or AAAHC Accreditation
- Medicare Certification (Deemed-status option available)

- Staff Education and Training: Whether remotely or on-site, we are there for your staff every step of the way, providing clinical and administrative guidance, effective training, and appropriate resources for the smooth operation of your facility.
- Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement(QAPI): Knowledge and expertise in monitoring and identifying areas of improvement in quality and safety of surgical services delivered to patients. Reviewing quality of documentation, benchmarking, and implementing efficient tools and processes.
- Policies and Procedures: We prepare, update, and manage policies and procedures that are compliant with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure your facility utilizes best and most current practices while remaining compliant with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Medical Personnel Credentialing and Privileging: Develop and maintain a record for each practitioner who provides care and services at your ambulatory surgery center according to accreditation privileging standards and protocol.
Facility revenue cycle management Services:
- Payor contracting
- Billing/Follow up/Collections
- Weekly/Monthly reporting
Financial Services:
- Accounting: Record payments received & expenses incurred, issue payments to vendors and perform bank reconciliations.
- Management reporting: Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
- Payroll: Process employee payroll via direct deposit, make payments and file reports to state & federal agencies, and track paid time off.
- Vendor management: In conjunction with quality management
- Deliver financial data to outside Certified Public Accountant for tax return preparation.
