About Us

SurgInsite is in the business of returning the health care industry to where it belongs, in the hands of the physicians and the patients while lowering costs and improving the quality of care. We serve doctors and their patients by developing and managing surgery centers and office based surgical programs for our physician clients. Our surgical centers are designed and managed to provide the best possible quality of surgical and post operative outpatient care in an intimate and lower cost setting. The SurgInsite program brings the same high level of accredited facility care to the doctors own offices without impinging on the autonomy of the doctors’ practice.

We strive to:

  • Treat others as we expect others to treat us. To be honest, professional, courteous, fair, and compassionate in all that we do.
  • Deliver the best service and value to our clients and their patients. We listen to and are driven by our clients, their patients and our partners. Their concerns are our concerns and we are always responsive with all due urgency. We expect the same from our partners.
  • Make all commitments with care, and then do what we say we are going to do. Therefore, frankness and clarity in communicating our mission, our goals, and what we expect from each other and our partners is critical to our success.
  • Promote formal and informal feedback both up and down the organization to help individuals improve performance and build a cohesive culture.
  • Trust each other and forgive mistakes. We distinguish between “mistakes” (best effort, bad result) and “ill will” (sloppiness, lack of integrity or lack of effort).

We believe:

  • In people, and that individuals give their best when given responsibility through authority and accountability.
  • In diversity, and respect all people’s rights. We expect our employees and partners to do the same.
  • That work is important, it should be fun, and it should not cause us to neglect life’s other joys and responsibilities.
