Sergio Mazza has a 38-year career in international business, information technology, healthcare and public service. Sergio was Chairman and CEO of American Surgical Centers, Inc., the predecessor company to SurgInsite (before its name change).
Prior to that, Sergio was President & CEO of SenSound, LLC, a privately held software company that develops and markets noise diagnostic and quality control software. He served as President and CEO of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) from 1993 to 1999.
Prior to that he had an extensive career in the Information Technology Industry which included the position of President of Memorex USA, a $300 million mainframe peripherals sales and service organization, and later Memorex Computer Supplies, a $200 million autonomous division of Memorex Telex that manufactured and sold magnetic media and other supplies around the world. Mr. Mazza later became a founder of and the managing partner of an Italian software company ATD Srl.
Mr. Mazza is currently on the board of the Dialogue Institute at Temple University in Philadelphia and the Martin Springer Institute at Northern Arizona University. He is a past Chairman of the board of the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit and has also been a board member of Hartford Seminary in Hartford, CT, and was on the board of St. Lukes Lifeworks, a “wrap around” social service agency for people who are homeless and people with special needs in Stamford, CT.
Mr. Mazza has lived in seven different countries, worked in five of those, and speaks four languages.
Denisa Jusic joined SurgInsite in 2011 and currently oversees its Quality Operations department. Denisa holds responsibility of all Quality Operations including regulatory compliance, survey and accreditation, credentialing, patient experience, quality of care, physician relations, and facility development.
Denisa offers expertise in many areas of ambulatory surgery center(ASC) development such as clinical and administrative operations, emergency and risk management, state application and licensure, CMS certification, accreditation through TJC and AAAHC, as well as the entire survey-planning process.
With a passionate dedication to quality and a strong emphasis on patient care, Denisa strives to understand healthcare challenges ASC’s face and educates them to deliver exceptional care according to nationally-recognized standards and regulations.
She regularly participates in numerous state, Medicare, AAAHC, and TJC surveys while educating SurgInsite clients on performance improvement, newly-introduced federal regulations and state mandates.
Lora Mazza has 20+ years experience in small business finance and accounting. She earned an MBA at the Thunderbird Global School of Management.

Holli Webb joined SurgInsite in 2012 and currently is the billing supervisor. She has over 20 years of experience in billing which includes facility, home care, hospice and professional, along with 7 years of experience in Ambulatory Surgical billing. She also has 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Holli holds the responsibility of overseeing the billing staff by researching, developing, writing and updating billing polices, procedure, methods and guidelines. Obtains revenue by resolving issues and disputes, creates and monitors reports along with maintaining client and patient relations.
