Development Services
  • Make recommendations regarding Preparation of Entity Organizational Documentation
  • Work closely with the State licensing authorities to obtain all approvals necessary and oversee the implementation of the contracted services to ensure compliance with State of Colorado and Medicare regulations.
  • Equipment Set-up, Purchasing and Management (not equipment planning)
  • Staff Development and training according to accreditation standards and compliance
  • Preparation of Documentation needed for state and CMS compliance
  • Implementation and maintenance of a document management systems
  • Preparation for State Licensure, Medicare and Accreditation Surveys
  • Serve as exclusive interface for Client with Federal, State agencies, accreditation bodies, contracted services providers, etc.
  • Facilitate, by coordinating Project development/operations personnel whenever possible, securing all necessary Ancillary Services Agreements for the Facility (Anesthesia, Managed Care Contracting, Pharmacy, IT, Regulatory Compliance, Equipment Planning/Procurement, Group Purchasing, DME, Bio-Medical, HR, Laundry/Linen, Housekeeping, etc.).
  • Facilitate planning and organizing the successful start-up operations of the FACILITY

  3. Payroll: Process employee payroll via direct deposit, make payments and file reports to state & federal agencies, and track paid time off.
  4. Vendor management: in conjunction with quality management
  5. Deliver financial data to outside Certified Public Accountant for tax return preparation.
