Information for Patients

Hello! SurgInsite, Inc. is pleased you used one of our ambulatory care centers or physician partner offices. SurgInsite partners with physicians and surgery centers to provide patients with the highest standards of patient care and safety for their surgical procedures. We understand the apprehension some patients feel when going into surgery. It is our goal to provide patients with an experience that exceeds their expectations.

If you are seen at one of our ambulatory surgery centers, rest assured that you are treated in a top-notch facility, fully compliant with state and federal regulations and standards of care. Each one of our ambulatory surgery centers is accredited, and therefore audited by an external accreditation agency, mandating high standards of care. This means regular inspection and maintenance of surgical equipment, highly qualified staff, fully credentialed doctors, and emergency preparation and training.

If visiting our partner physician offices, know that you are being treated in a top-notch office-based setting which participates in our SurgInsite program.

SurgInsite works diligently with your physician’s office and its staff to implement the highest quality of care and maintain standards typically mandated by some of the most respectable accreditation agencies in the nation, such as Joint Commission and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC).

Every SurgInsite location provides a Guest Services binder to help familiarize you with our company, providing you with information that concerns you, the patient. While you have immediate visibility and access to your doctor and his/her staff, we want you to know that SurgInsite staff, too, is always there, supporting our ambulatory care centers and physicians’ staff with services not visible to you.
